If a breakthrough migraine comes on in spite of the protection offered by the two caps in the morning, take two more and your headache will disappear in 7-10 minutes. If you're taking two every morning there will always be some level of herbs in your body, so taking a "booster" of two more will put you over your pain threshold sooner.
